Superintendent of Police S. Anand said on Tuesday that Anil Raj, a doctor posted at the Government Medical College, was accused that he used to force patients to take medicine from a particular medical store. He said that two reports were lodged in the police station police station on the matter in which police arrested Dr. Raj from Sitapur Roadways bus stop at around 3 am on Tuesday. At that time he was in the process of going to Lakhimpur Kheri by bus.

Public Relations Officer of Government Medical College, Dr. Pooja Tripathi said that Dr. Raj is not coming to the hospital from May 12.
