Muzaffarpur: A complaint has been filed against Baba in a Bihar court on Wednesday amid the ongoing dispute between yoga guru Baba Ramdev and the Indian Medical Association. Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha has filed a complaint letter in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in Muzaffarpur district of the state. In the complaint letter, Baba Ramdev, the convener of Patanjali University and Research Institute, has alleged that on May 21, Baba Ramdev made fun of the death of doctors from Corona by terming allopathic medical science as ‘stupid’ on various TV channels.
Accused of selling products by spreading illusion
It has been said in the complaint letter that Baba Ramdev has also made fun of the vaccination campaign being done to prevent corona virus. At the same time, it has encouraged the growing confusion among people about vaccination. Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha in Muzaffarpur CJM Court has accused Baba Ramdev of selling his products among the people by spreading confusion in the country during the Corona period.

He told that many doctors and health workers have died during the Corona period, yet Ramdev Baba has made statements against the doctors and staff of allopathy. Therefore, 3,6(2)(I) section 54 of the Epidemic Act and Disaster Management Act 2005 as well as 268, 153A,186, 188, 269, 270, 336, 420, 499, 336, 420, 499, 124B The complaint has been filed under ,500, 505/11 IPC, accepting which the court has fixed June 7 as the next date of hearing.
