Gorakhpur. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday said that there should be a social boycott of people who pose a threat to national security. Addressing a program, Yogi said, "We have to be careful, because it can save many lives. Those who challenge national security will face dire consequences. Such people should be socially boycotted."
The Chief Minister’s reference was to the arrest of some people in connection with the alleged illegal conversion of deaf children in the past and the arrest of two alleged Al Qaeda-backed terrorists in the capital Lucknow on Sunday.
"Bomb doesn’t see anyone’s religion"
Yogi said that the bomb does not see anyone’s religion or caste and the terrorists were conspiring to damage the peace and security of the country. Referring to the achievements of his government, the Chief Minister said that there was no interest in taking the development schemes of the previous governments to the poor and needy.
