Bank Holidays in June 2021: The second wave of deadly corona virus continues in the country. However, now some states have gradually relaxed the restrictions. Know which day will be a bank holiday in June.

The list of bank holidays is issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in which the holidays of all banks are fixed according to the state. According to the holidays issued by RBI, banks will be closed for a total of nine days in this month including weekly holidays and other holidays. There is no major festival in the month of June. Therefore, most holidays are weekly holidays on Sundays and Saturdays. In some states, banks will remain closed in the month of June due to local festivals.

June 15- Mithun Sankranti and Raja Parv (Banks will remain closed in Izwal-Mizoram, Bhubaneshwar)
June 20– Sunday
25 June- Guru Hargobind ji’s birth anniversary (banks in Jammu and Srinagar will remain closed)
26 June- second saturday
27 June- Sunday
June 30- Ramna Ni (Banks will remain closed only in Izwal)

However, due to the second wave of Corona and the lock down, the advice of banks is that you can get many of its facilities sitting at home online. If you want cash, then even those government banks bring you home. You are also getting services related to check book, life certificate sitting at home.
