Sushant Singh Rajput: Petition to ban films on Sushant Singh dismissed, actor’s father reached Delhi High Court


Delhi High Court has today dismissed the petition of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father seeking a ban on films based on Sushant.

This petition was filed by Sushant Singh’s father. His demand was that those who are making films using his son’s name should be banned.

What was demanded in the petition

In this petition, Sushant’s father Krishna Kishore Singh has made a film on Sushant’s life, or the name of his son in any film and meets him – There was a demand to ban the use of similar characters.

Sushant Singh was found dead in his flat 

Let me tell you that Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead on 14 June 2020 in his flat in Mumbai. In their investigation, the police had called it a case of suicide. After Sushant’s death, his father accused actress Rhea Chakraborty of abetting Sushant to commit suicide. And an FIR was also lodged against him. At the same time, Riya had to go to jail in this case for several days.  However, later this case was handed over to the CBI. And now  is also being investigated in this matter.
