Mumbai: Aamir Khan’s production house on Tuesday denied the news that a shooting site in Ladakh was dirty. Last week, a clip viral on Twitter made headlines. In the video, the 56-year-old actor’s film crew was accused of making the shooting spot dirty.
Denial of reports of dirty shooting site in Ladakh
Sharing a video clip of Wakha village in Ladakh, a man alleged that the film’s crew had shot at the place, but later left without cleaning the area. The post read, “Wakha villagers of Ladakh are getting this gift from Aamir Khan’s new film Lal Singh Chaddha. Aamir gives great knowledge on environmental cleanliness in Satyamev Jayate, but when it comes his own turn, So it’s a laugh.
Aamir Khan’s crew members were accused in the post
In response to the post, a clarification was given from the official Twitter handle of Aamir Khan Productions. In the statement, the team denied the allegations and wrote that the shooting site is open and officials can go there and verify it.
Let us tell you that Aamir Khan is currently busy shooting for the film directed by Advait Chandan in the Union Territory. It is being told that the entire team will remain in Ladakh for the coming 45 days. A user named Jimmy Ladakhi, while releasing a video of the shooting location on Twitter, accused the crew members of making Ladakh dirty.
